Pastor Sheila D. Poole is a wife, mother, pastor, author and motivational speaker. She has a heart for the word of God and relies solely on the word as it is the source of everything she needs in life. Her passion is to see people's lives changed by the power of the gospel. She strives to know God personally and fulfill His plans for her life purposing to touch the people she comes in contact with. She is an overcomer and because she has been shown the mercy and grace of God, He has equipped her to lavishly bestow it upon others.

She has self-published two books entitled He Redeemed My Time and So, You Want to Get Married? Let's Talk! Both books have been a tremendous blessing to the body of Christ as she candidly shares from her life experiences to help strengthen and encourage believers.

She and her husband Pastor Robert Poole are the founding pastors of Destiny Christian Center in Las Vegas Nevada where God has commissioned them to "Illuminate the pathway to purpose through the teaching of God's Word." In July of 2002 the Lord graced them to meet Bishop Nathaniel Holcomb of Christian House of Prayer in Copperas Cove, Texas. From that meeting a covenant connection was made and as of October 26, 2003 Pastors Robert and Sheila Poole were officially ordained by Bishop Holcomb becoming a part of the Covenant Connections International family. In June 2007 she and her husband were a part of the first graduating class of Sonship School of the Firstborn at the Christian House of Prayer in Killeen, TX. IT'S ALL ABOUT HIM!  

God has truly graced their marriage and Pastor Rob very powerfully fulfills Ephesians 5:25 as he daily loves her as Christ loves the church. Pastor Sheila in turn makes it her business to notice, regard, honor, prefer, venerate, esteem, defer to, praise, love and admire him exceedingly. They have two beautiful, born again children, Joshua and Shekinah.
